TIL Partners with Innovation Accelerator Foundation
Tulsa Innovation Labs (TIL) is proud to announce that, through support from George Kaiser Family Foundation, it is partnering with the groundbreaking nonprofit organization, Innovation Accelerator Foundation (IAF). Our partnership will work to establish Tulsa as a hub for federally-backed cyber research projects driven by IAF and the University of Tulsa’s esteemed cyber program.
This initial collaboration is part of TIL’s broader efforts to create a robust innovation economy in Tulsa and is an exciting new development in TIL’s growing cyber portfolio, which includes the TU-Team8 Cyber Fellows initiative.
IAF’s mission is to promote our nation’s economic and military standing by fostering our nation’s innovation. IAF’s work has been cited by the President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology, which credited IAF with attracting over $200 million into a portfolio of SBIR grantees it supported on the government’s behalf. More recently, IAF has worked with the U.S. Department of Defense and our nation’s leading universities through its Academic Venture Exchange (AVX) and iBridge Network initiatives.
This new partnership with IAF will afford Tulsa new mechanisms for growth, increased sustainability, and industrial partnership—all while serving the national security interest.
